The Nike Mavrk Mid 3 iD offers two types of cushioning in the drop-in sockliner: Pick the ultra-lightweight Lunarlon midsole for springy and resilient shock absorption, or opt for Nike Zoom, a thin, flat air unit, for low-profile cushioning that’s super-responsive.
Add Your Tread
The solid rubber outsole offers excellent traction and durability that stands up to serious wear and tear, while the translucent option, a NIKEiD exclusive, delivers a pop of style.
Pick Your Materials
Select smooth full-grain leather for a clean finish, suede for sleek durability or a combination of the two on the base, overlays and more.

these shoes are comfortable, stylish, and they are good for running. I run 16-30 miles a week and these are good for running too.
