I have always liked running in 3/4 tights and they are very hard to find. Even though these are women's capris, they go all the way down to mid-calf and help get, and keep, you warm on a cool morning. They also don't bunch up behind the knee. I am 6-0, 160, and wear size L. Probably could have gone with a medium, but the large is very comfortable. Highly recommended!

These are my favorite workout pants, I pick them over all others. I love the thin fabric because they provide the utmost flexibility of movement, I almost feel naked. I love them for weight lifting, cardio, and aerial/acrobatic training. The thin fabric also makes my legs look thinner and any muscle I do have stands out. The wide waistband is flattering and doesn't dig, while the drawstring ensures they don't fall down. The longer inseam is more comfortable than the shorter capris as they don't ride up at my knees. They run slightly large, I am an athletic size 4-6 and wear an XS in these pants. These positive comments are for dark colors only. I would guess that not many people could pull off the lighter colors, they show everything including undearwear. At 16% body fat I found them unflattering and would guess it would require 10-12% body fat (or just really thin) to pull off the yellow.

I really liked these capris. They look good, are very comfy, and perfect for running. I use them for track practice, but also long recovery runs on my own.
