this shirt is amazing very comfortable and durable, can you please make it in a solid sand color for the Army and Air Force, and a solid olive drab for the Marines, we often work in very hot, humid, and uncomfortable environments like the desert , this product would drastically improve the performance of the soliders by helping with heat exhaustion and staying cool

See user CP3for3's review for the technical aspects that were changed. In theory, all of these changes are good except one...they made the sleeves longer and the shirt length shorter...Is this shirt for fat people now? The 1.0 is approx 3" longer overall.
Tall people should stick to the Hypercool 1.0. I am 6'6" and an XL barely goes down to my waist on the 2.0 and I get massive middrift whenever I lift my arms. Garbage and I'm returning it.

Better fitting than original Hypercool

I already own the first generation Hypercool and this one is a better upgrade. The 2.0 is an improvement in that the torso fit isn't as tight as the first. The difference isn't too noticeable but I can tell there's a bit more looseness in that area. I find this change makes the shirt more comfortable during intense training.
The sleeves have also changed - it seems a tad longer but I think it's because the sleeves aren't hugging the arm anymore, allowing freedom for the arm to move.
These 2 changes optimize the 'hypercooling' of the shirt. The shirt doesn't hug so much anymore that when you raise your arms during training, the shirt doesnt stick to you.
I find that the holes in the vents are slightly bigger than the first and this change also contribute to the moisture management of the shirt.
Regardless of these minor changes, this is still a fitted shirt - the chest/upper back area is brought out even more because the fabric hugs in that area. If you have a muscular chest, broad shoulders - this will definitely bring them out. I'm glad I bought 2 of these and I will definitely buy more. Pricey, but definitely worth the investment with respect to the upgrade and performance.

Excellent for running

Just got it in the mail and gave it a test drive today by running my usual 7.5 mi. I absolutely love it! It actually is ultracool, lets all the heat and sweat out keeping you, just like it says in the product description, "focused on your workout" instead of thinking "Man, it's hot". I came home, and it wasn't even wet. Awesome.
