Last generation much better

This shirt is not a bad shirt but is not exactly what i would expect from Nike pro combat. The back of the shirt is made of a mesh-like/jersey material which gives it a bit of a cheaper feel. It feels something more like some other cheaper nike running shirts that I own. The last generation had the regular material on the back; the same as the material on the front. In my opinion that had a much better feel and did a better job at wicking sweat off the skin. In addition, the mesh like material on the back makes the shirt much less durable and more likely to fall apart or rip. The original material was much more durable and less likely to fall apart. Overall, the last generation was better.

Terrible redesign

While I enjoy the look of the new shirt design, the fit is terrible compared with the previous generation: the body is longer, the shoulders are slimmer and the sleeves tighter, yet the neck is loose and baggy. Overall it has a much tighter fit, even though it isn't a compression shirt.
I don't mind the mesh-lined back (I have yet to snag it on anything), though I agree with others that the overall feel is cheap (the fabric feels much thinner than the previous generation). I find myself constantly tugging on this shirt during my workout because it bunches up around my shoulders; this was not the case with the same size shirt in the previous generation, which has a very comfortable fit.
Nike, please return to the previous design!

Different from Last Pro Combat

I ordered the team maroon for my team colors and the color was only slightly darker than the picture. Overall it's a pretty nice shirt but from the picture provided i couldn't see that the back of the shirt was mesh-like for breatheability.It's still extremely comfortable and is dry 20 minutes after a sweaty workout. The only thing that wasn't great was the size. The shirt is long enough but compared to my regular pro combat shirt, the sleeves are a little shorter. Overall, a good buy for me especially now for the football season.

It's good, but the Last Nike Pro Combat Core Fitted shirt is much better than this.
