Secure Fit
Made with lightweight, breathable mesh, the full-length inner sleeve provides a sock-like fit that hugs the foot, but still allows for easy on and off.
Superior Flexibility
Advanced flex grooves deliver exceptional range of motion.
The DiamondFLX design on the outsole enhances flexibility for multi-directional movement while providing a lightweight, low-profile fit.
Lightweight Lockdown
Criss-crossed bands integrated with the laces wrap the midfoot to create an adaptive, secure fit. While the foot is at rest or moving forward or backward the bands are flexible and compliant.
When pressure is applied during side-to-side movements the bands engage and tighten around the foot for added support.
Stability and Support
The midsole wraps up the foot at the heel and the midfoot to help keep it stable during side-to-side and diagonal movements. And seam-free overlays at the heel and forefoot minimize chafing while adding support.

These are great, definitely a different look than I usually go for in shoes. Sadly, the Nike Swoosh Logos are clear and then painted? The ones on the inside of the shoes started chipping within a couple days to show the clear logo. Love the shoes so not work returning over and the outter logos shouldn't scratch against anything to cause it there.

Great shoe for Bokwa

After having pain in my right foot from plantar fasciitis, I had to find new shoes for Bokwa classes to really support my arches from the constant jumping. I tried these shoes in store and bounced around a bit. I didn't feel any strain in my feet like had been feeling with my other trainers so I decided to take a chance and get them. I wore them to a 1 1/2 hour Bokwa class and prepared to have a really sore foot the next day. I was surprised that after the class, my feet felt fine and very surprised the next morning when they felt better than when I went to the class. The shoes provide great support. Because of the way they are made, they really seem to stick to your feet and keep your foot from moving around inside. It's almost like the sole of the shoe is attached to the sole of your foot. I love these so much, I'll probably by 2 or 3 more in different colors!

The first time I walked around in these shoes, my feet were in a whole new world of comfort and I never wanted to take them off my feet.

These are the best trail shoes I have found to date.
They are very light and extremely comfortable, it's almost like being barefoot.
As a trail shoe I think the soles could be a bit more aggressive, but that's the only thing I could possibly find wrong with these shoes, I have logged over 100 miles on them so far and I couldn't be happier!

I stand on my feet all day as a gym teacher and was looking for a shoe that provided the most comfort. This shoe is it! I m sure it is great as a trainer as well but if you are looking for a good looking, comfortable shoe just to wear around this is the shoe you want. As the reviewer before commented the pure platinum color way is nothing like the picture. When i ordered it I thought i was getting a black and white shoe but was pleasntly surprised when i opened the box and saw the color. I will for sure be buying more Nike Free's in the future.
