Not meant for runners who are used to Lunarglides

I ran across these shoes while looking up the next pair of Lunarglides I wanted to purchase (going on my 3rd pair). I read that the Lunaracers were meant for 5k to marathon distances, which is perfect for me. I looked up reviews about the shoe on running websites and the reviews were all positive, so I got them. They were a half a size smaller than Lunarglides, so I had to send them back. No biggie. Running up to 5 miles is delightful in these shoes. But, when I ran 13 miles in them and could feel it in my upper leg and knees almost every foot strike after mile 10. I thought it was a fluke, but when I ran 7 miles the other day, the same ache came back. I've never felt this uncomfortable running in Lunarglides. So, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm going back to Lunarglides.
