The Nike+ SportBand: Simple run-tracking on your wrist

Like the freedom of running without a media player? If so, the Nike+ SportBand could be your new favorite running partner. It tracks your time, distance, pace and calories burned in an easy-to-read display, plus it links to Nikeplus.com where you can join challenges, map your routes and connect with friends-all without an iPod ®.

Benefits

  • Tracks distance, pace, time elapsed and calories burned
  • Memory captures and stores 30 hours of running data
  • Removable Nike+ Link for quick connection to Nikeplus.com
  • Pre-curved band for lightweight comfort
  • Water resistance for running in the rain and rinsing off without worry
  • Nike+ sensor included

How it Works

The Nike+ SportBand is easy to use. Just put it on your wrist, place the sensor under the sockliner of your left Nike+ ready shoe, and start running. The sensor measures your pace, distance, time elapsed and calories burned. This information is transmitted wirelessly to the Nike+ SportBand for real-time feedback while you train.

How to Join the World's Largest Running Club

It's easy to upload your run data to Nikeplus.com, the world's largest running club. When you're finished with your run, simply remove the Nike+ Link from the Nike+ SportBand and connect it to the USB port on your computer. Best invention to come to running

I have been using the Nike+Sportband for over a year, and I've got to say, it truly is the best invention to come to running yet. I'm now a freshman in high school and I showed it to my cross country coach, and at first he said it was innaccurate, and a waste of my money. Now he recommends the whole team buy one for the track season coming up. It's perfectly accurate, simple to use, and the shoes this is compatible with are the best around. Incredible job, Nike.

No exaggeration, It's amazing!

Well, my coach had a few of these laying around that she had just in case hers broke, or the battery died. I saw how accurate they were if calibrated correctly, and couldn't pass up the chance to get one. She sold on of them to me, and I love it! It was extremely easy to set up. The directions are incredibly easy to read, and understand. Plus, they are literally step-by-step. Can't miss anything. I first got it, and went to calibrate it with a 3200 Meter run on the track. After 2 miles, it told me I had ran 2.15. Only .15 miles off on a two mile run, with calibrating or anything! Right out of the box. After calibrating, it is dead on accurate. Nike+ is extremely easy to use. I have found it works best if it worn with the numbers facing down. Like facing the sane direction as your palm does. It makes it way easier to check everything. The buttons are located perfectly on the watch. To get your run started, you hold down the button next to the numbers for about three seconds, and it will say "Walk". You walk about five steps, and it will say "Push to run". You push the button and your off. Extremely easy. It doubles as watch, so you know what time it is. To charge it, you just take out the piece, and plug it into the computer. It immediatley uploads any runs, and all the information. I only have a few complaints, but nothing to stop you from buying this amazing product Pros: Accurate 'Stylish' Doubles as a watch Comfortable Easy to charge Lightweight Cons: Doesn't Light up.
