Great- even for very long runs!

These are the shorts I almost always wear for training and racing. I run up to 65 miles/week and run half and full marathons. They are very comfortable, although for longer runs it becomes more necessary to wear spandex and body glide- but other shorts I have tried are more problematic, and these are the best ones I have found yet. Even on hot marathons these stay quite comfortable! I have a pair from a few years back that have endured almost weekly washings but are still in great condition. Just be aware that the bright colours show sweat really easily and the white ones go a bit see through, but that happens with all garments. I just stick to the darker colours. Also make sure you get the right size! If they are too small they will ride up, but if you get the right ones they're perfect!

I absolutely love these shorts. They fit great and don't ride up while I'm running. I would recommend spending the extra money to buy these and this is coming from a person who hates to spend the extra money.
