Personally... these shorts are awesome. Comfortable, Aesthetic, Durable and Practical. Deep pockets, and an extra pocket with a zipper (wallet). Having built in compression shorts is a definite benefit. I use them for tennis and bodybuilding. In regards to the previous review, I am also a tall athlete (6'5). I find these shorts to be a reasonable length, slightly above my knee, as do most of the shorts tall people wear.... because we're TALL.
Nike has once again made a great product. Buying the other colors in the future.

One of the best things about Nike tennis shorts over the past few years was that they were loose, long and extremely functional. Now all that is out the door because apparently the hipster designers have decided to go "retro" and shorten the shorts.
This is TERRIBLE! As a 6'4" player of multiple sports the LAST thing I #and many many others# want is short shorts.
Michael Jordan started a trend that will last forever. Players will never #yes never# go back to the days of Johnny Mac short shorts. Long shorts will be the preference for athletes and shame on Nike designers for ruining great shorts to overlook the trend of the past 25 years and think they need to be more trendy.
Go back to the long Nadal shorts from 2009-2011 and you won't lose me as a customer for good. Otherwise, i'll be literally looking at EVERY other brand.
