Get the Software

Sensors
A built-in 3-axis accelerometer measures your motion all day long.
An ambient light sensor detects environmental light levels. The brighter your environment, the brighter your display.
Display
20 Coloured LED lights
show your Daily Goal progress from red to green.
Array of 100 white LED lights
show the time, NikeFuel earned, calories burnt and steps taken. You can cycle through all this with the push of a button.
The brightness level automatically adjusts according to your environment.

Water Resistance
The Nike+ FuelBand is water resistant. It is safe to wear in the shower or when dancing in the rain. Since it's not waterproof, it's not recommended for use while swimming.
Connect and Sync
Connect to your computer with the built-in USB 2.0 or use the included USB cable.
Bluetooth pairing to mobile phones for use with the Nike+ FuelBand app for iOS 5. Check back soon for compatibility with other handsets.
Battery

Bought the Nike+ FuelBand Black Ice edition this week, and I like it a lot.
Likes:
Its a good looking device, and its easy and comfortable to wear. I wear it on my wrist everyday (even when I'm sleep) and just can't stop to check my fuel points. The FuelBand give people motivation to be active and keep fit. The LED display is so cool, and the brightness is clear to see in day and night.
Dislikes:
First, its water resistant, not waterproof. Therefore, you can't wear it while swim. Nike said you can wear it in the shower, but I don't recommended, because I still think the steam could damage the device.
Second, the rubber material is easy to caught dust, but its quite easy to remove it by rinse over the tap.
I really want to see the next generation FuelBand come as waterproof.
My bottom line is, the Nike+ FuelBand's has a great design concept and the build quality is top class. I would recommended it to people who wants to stay in shape and stand out of the crowd.

"This fuel band is a great way to monitor your progress with a fashionable accessory that doubles as a watch. Annoyingly Nike seem to think that only Apple's cutomers buy Nike products. Come on Nike release an android version, even if it is basic, please!!"

Nike if you gave a better way, more constructive way for your customers to give you feed back you surely would have done this for what must be one of your flagship products already! Get with the program, before us android users defect to another product.
