Comfortable but slippery on metal pedals.

I got these shoes for riding my BMX because all my other trainers (size 14 US) were too wide to fit on the pedal. These shoes are nice and narrow at the front and fit on pedals well. They have great padding and ankle protection. The problem is that they do not stick to metal pedals well enough. On the track, I find my feet constantly shifting about on the pedal. My foot slipped right off a pedal and hit the road, attempting a bunny hop and I have plenty of road rash to show for it. Might be good for skating, but not a good combination with metal pedals. Might be that my skills aren't good enough.

These shoes are so nice and perfect for BMX. Nike have thought of pretty much everything with these shoes. Lace pockets by the ankle, great padding. the problem I had with the Mavrk 2's where that the soul was layered and would peal, these have a strong soul and I would STRONGLY recommend these shoes (For BMX)
