The durabuk uppers has a smooth and synthetic feel to them and presumably they're waterproof.
When held against a light, the off-black colour has a very subtle glittery effect to it. Somewhat similar to the grip tape of a skateboard.
These edition makes a nice change to the retro silver 3M, that were released a couple of years ago. Unless of course you missed out on them.
The Vs fit wider than most Nikes, which is perfect for my feet. They are very comfortable with a genrously padded tongue and around the ankles.
The midsole/cushioning feels a bit squidgy, not unstable - but I normally prefer something a bit more solid.

The Jordan V are the best Jordan ever, in my opinion.
I think the original model with the silver tongue was even better, but this new shiny material is pretty cool too.
At the beginning they're a little bit stiff but after the second time you wear them they're OK and comfy.
I try not to wear them every day, but the temptation is high since they're the best piece of my collection ;)
