Works immediatly once you put on you can feel the difference but after awhile (4 or 5 Hours of playing) my knee/high shin does start to hurt but thats only after playing for so long.

I am absolutely thrilled with the Patella Band. I had purchased another brand in January/09 and never had the results I was hoping for. With the Nike Band it has worked wonders. I have had more pain free runs with this band in a few short days than I had with the other brand in 8months. Thank you. It has been wonderful!
